- Cook Vermicelli and filter the water
- Add Curd and salt to Vermicelli
- In Oil, splutter mustard, add urad dhal, cashwes, cumin, green chillies, ginger, asafoetida, curry leaves
- Pour this over vermicelli and garnish with Coriander leaves
