Spicy Yogurt(Curd)

Ingredients
  • Curd
  • Green Chilli
  • Ginger
  • Asafoetida
  • Curry leaves
  • Coriander leaves
  • Cumin seeds
  • Mustard seeds

Method
  1. Beat Curd with Salt
  2. In Oil, splutter Mustard, Cumin seeds, Green Chilli, Ginger, Curry leaves and add Asafoetida (Perumgayam)
  3. Add it to Curd and granish with Coriander leaves
