Black Bean Salad


Ingredients:
Black Bean (Soaked overnight and pressure cooked)
Green Pepper
Corn
Garlic
Cherry Tomatoes
Onion
Avocado
Cilantro

In butter or oil, saute garlic, onion, corn, green pepper, black bean, cherry tomatoes. Add cumin powder, chilli powder or sriracha, salt, pepper and lemon/lime.

Garnish with Cilantro and Avocado.
