Peerkangai(Ridge Gourd) Thol Thogayal
Ingredients
- Peerkangai Thol
- Coriander seeds - 2 tsp
- Cumin seeds - 2 tsp
- Red Chili - 4
- Ginger
- Garlic - 2
- Tamarind
- Small Onion - 3
- Mustard
- Urad dhal
- Curry leaves
- Saute Peerkangai thol in 1 tsp of oil
- Saute Ginger, Garlic, Red Chili, Small Onion, Cumin seeds, Coriander seeds
- Grind everything with Tamarind & Salt
- In Sesame oil, splutter mustard, add cumin, urad dhal & curry leaves. Pour this over grinded paste
