Peerkangai(Ridge Gourd) Thol Thogayal

Ingredients

  • Peerkangai Thol
  • Coriander seeds - 2 tsp
  • Cumin seeds - 2 tsp
  • Red Chili - 4
  • Ginger 
  • Garlic - 2
  • Tamarind 
  • Small Onion - 3
  • Mustard
  • Urad dhal
  • Curry leaves
Method

  1. Saute Peerkangai thol in 1 tsp of oil
  2. Saute Ginger, Garlic, Red Chili, Small Onion, Cumin seeds, Coriander seeds
  3. Grind everything with Tamarind & Salt
  4. In Sesame oil, splutter mustard, add cumin, urad dhal & curry leaves. Pour this over grinded paste
