Peerkangai(Ridge Gourd) Dal

Ingredients

  • Peerkangai - (Remove the skin and seeds. Dice it)
  • Mustard seeds
  • Urad dhal
  • Cumin seeds
  • Green Chili
  • Curry leaves
  • Coriander leaves
  • Moong dhal
Method

  1. Pressure cook moong dhal & Peerkangai
  2. In oil, splutter mustard, add urad dhal, cumin, green chili, curry leaves and add dhal
  3. Cook it until everything come together
  4. Garnish with Coriander leaves
