Hummus
Basic Ingredients:
- Chick peas - 1 cup (Boiled)
- Garlic - 4 big pods
- Lemon - 2 tbsp
- Tahini Paste - 2 tbsp
- Chili Powder - As required
- Salt
- Olive oil for Topping.
Olive Hummus:
Grind all the basic ingredients with pitted Olives (kalamata olives)
Sprinkle olive oil on top
