Peanut Podi for Rice


Ingredients:
  1. Raw peanuts - 1 cup
  2. Garlic - 2 cloves
  3. Tamarind - 1 tsp
  4. Salt - to taste
  5. Red Chillies - depending on how hot you want
Method:
  1. Grind everything together to a coarse powder
  2. Goes well with just cooked rice, idli or dosa
  3. Can store it for a few months!
