Dosa maavu vadai


When you have some leftover dosa batter, this is a tasty recipe for a rainy day along with a cup of nice/hot tea!

Ingredients:
  1. Dosa maavu
  2. Onion
  3. Green chillies
  4. Ginger
  5. Curry leaves
  6. Coriander leaves
  7. Sago (Javvarisi)
Method:
  1. Soak the sago in dosa batter for about 4-5 hours
  2. Add finely chopped onion, ginger, curry leaves, coriander leaves
  3. Add salt to taste, if needed, as the dosa batter will already have salt
  4. Make vadas out of this batter
  5. Enjoy it with a cup of hot tea!
