Soak chia seeds overnight in water or milk.
While serving, add more milk or water to adjust the consistency
Add your favorite fruit and nuts ( I added mango and pistachios)
I did not add sugar, but you can add sugar or honey.

Pressure cook Barley Half cook Carrot+Celery+Potato in water In a pan, add Onion+garlic+tomato+dried Italian herbs+salt+pepper+cooked Barley & Vegetables. Cook it for 10 mins or so.
Ingredients: Black Bean (Soaked overnight and pressure cooked) Green Pepper Corn Garlic Cherry Tomatoes Onion Avocado Cilantro In butter or oil, saute garlic, onion, corn, green pepper, black bean, cherry tomatoes. Add cumin powder, chilli powder or sriracha, salt, pepper and lemon/lime. Garnish with Cilantro and Avocado.
