Kadai Tofu



Main Ingredients:

  • Tofu
  • Ginger
  • Garlic
  • Green Chili
  • Tomato
  • Green Pepper
  • Kasuri Methi
  • Chilli Powder
  • Coriander Powder
  • Tumeric Powder
  • Cumin Powder
  • Salt

Spices:

  • Coriander seeds
  • Cumin Seeds
  • Red Chilli flakes
  • Cloves
  • Cardamom
  • Cinnamon

Method:
  1. Make a paste of Ginger+Garlic+Green Chilli
  2. Saute the Spices mentioned above
  3. Blanch Tomato and grind it with the spices
  4. Saute Tofu
  5. In a pan, add Butter & Oil 
  6. Add Onion followed by GinerGarlicGreenChilli Paste and saute till raw smell goes
  7. Add Tomato paste and add Tumeric, Chili Powder, Coriander Powder, Cumin Powder, Salt
  8. Add Green Pepper and Kasuri Methi and saute till its cooked but retain its crunchiness
  9. Add Tofu and saute well
  10. Garnish with Coriander leaves
