Beetroot Pori - Spicy!


This snack is a specialty in Palani area where my husband is from.. Sounds healthy too...


Ingredients -
  1. Pori (Puffed Rice)
  2. Peanuts (dry roasted)
  3. Beetroot
  4. Carrot
  5. Onion
  6. Red chillies
  7. Coconut oil
  8. Salt
Method -
  1. Grate beets and carrots
  2. Blend it with redchillies and salt
  3. Dice onions and mix the onions with the blended vegetables
  4. Mix it with pori with some coconut oil and the peanuts
  5. Enjoy!
